Booking Policy
All appointments must be secured with a deposit at the time of booking. This ensures dedicated time reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a forfeited deposit.
Late Policy
To maintain the integrity of our schedule and experience for all clients, appointments will be adjusted or rescheduled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late.
No-Show Policy
Missed appointments without notice will result in a non-refundable deposit and may require full payment for future bookings.
Guest Policy
To preserve a calm, luxury environment, we ask that you attend your appointment unaccompanied.
New Client
All new client services begins with a personalized consultation conducted by a K. Renée Master Lash Specialist. To ensure a truly customized, luxurious experience, we kindly request that all new clients send a recent photo of their natural lashes—with eyes both open and closed—via text to (202) 507-2393 or by email to info@beautybykrenee.com.
To secure your New Client appointment, a valid credit card is required to be placed on file. Appointment times typically range from 60 to 90 minutes, allowing ample time for a meticulous and glamorous lash transformation.
Preparation Guidelines
- Arrive with clean lashes and brows
- Avoid makeup in the eye area
- Remove contact lenses if preferred for comfort
- If you are a new eyelash client please make sure you have read and completed all needed first appointment requirements
